  • Orders mean a request by You to procure any of Our Services.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order for services within 30 days, provided the services have not yet been delivered or substantially completed.

We will process refunds within 14 days from the day on which the cancellation request is received, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The service delivery has not been completed or is in its initial stages.
  • For event services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customised software solutions or integrations that have been tailored to your specific requirements may not be eligible for a refund if substantial development work has already been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

No Refunds for Completed Services

Unfortunately, once services have been fully rendered (such as project completion or event execution), refunds cannot be processed.
